Abstract:

BSC performance measurement related to four perspectives, namely: Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Business Processes Perspective and the Learning and Growth Perspective. Research conducted in the form of business entity hospitals. Data collection based on the facts relating to the internal business process and customer. The sampling method is the Non-Random Sampling. The results showed a benchmark of financial performance measurement perspective is a Return On Investment (ROI), customer perspective is the Number Of Complain, internal business perspective is BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate), and pespektif learn and grow is the Employee Turn Over. Achievement of the overall performance index is berfluktuatif. The proposed recommendations are (1) implement policies to reduce inventory, (2) to provide facilities and good infrastructure and excellent service penerapkan and (3) increases in salary or honorarium for hospital labor.
