Abstract:

In this research, we constructed a device to measure the level of eye disorders. The working principle of this device is to measure the read range of patients and then compared it with normal reading distance. This device is realized using a stepper motor, ATMega 8535 microcontroller and LCD to display the results. Types of abnormalities that can be measured are nearsightedness (myopi) and farsightedness (hipermetropi).
