Encourage the development of human technology took all the potential to develop themselves and make use of facilities and resources. People can make ends meet, both physically and psychologically with work. Someone working because there is something to be achieved and hope work activities will performed changing a state that is more satisfying than ever. Shift work is a choice in how the organization of work that was created because of the desire to maximize the productivity of labor as the fulfill of customer demands. This reaserch analyzes the level of general fatigue between morning shift and afternoon shift. In this case used the Bourdon Wiersma method and questionnaire 30 Items of Rating Scale (IoRS).
Based on this research, the results obtained mean subjective fatigue scores for the morning shift 3.8 (the fatigue level is 1 and the classification of fatigue is low), for day shift 6.5 (the fatigue level is 2 and the classification of fatigue is medium), the mean fatigue objective score to speed before work 8.40 (Value 9, WS 14) includes group B (good) and after work 8.20 (Value 9, WS 14) includes group B (good), for constancy before work 2.66 (Value 8.5, WS 13) includes group CB (pretty good) after works 2.25 (Value 8.5, WS 13) includes group CB (pretty good), and accuracy before work 3.375 (Value8.5, WS 13) includes group CB (pretty good) after work 5.75 (Value 7,5, WS 11), includes group C (enough).
