As an agricultural country the spread of heterogeneous agricultural land, have implications to one of the problems in agricultural production means, namely the governance of fertilizer. The use of computer-based technology to support planning is necessary to analyze, manipulate and present information in tabular and spatial. One such technology is the Geographic Information System (GIS) that has the ability to make a model which provides an overview, an explanation and an estimate of a factual condition so hopefully it will be easier for decision makers to know the mapping of the area so that the allocation of subsidized fertilizer agricultural database can be updated regularly and effectively, conducted by the department of agriculture in the region of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, and is expected to help to predict fertilizer needs in each region in the foreseeable future. Using forecasting methods by considering the variables of time (time series) by collecting the data needs of fertilizer in the previous period. Forecasting process can also be done by using data that already exists.
