Abstract:
By global business appearance, industrial practitioners start conciousness that to provide cheap product, with quality, and on schedule require role all sides, i.e. supplier, company/factory, company of transportation, and final consumer. Awareneness of the mentioned will create supply chain management concept. In general, activity which is related to supply chain managemen at company of manufacture convers product development, procurement, planning & control, production, and distribution. Supply chain management does not easy to be managed because many uncertainties alongside supply chain and also the excelsion of market
competition. Supply chain management can be measure by using preverence of activity (POA) model and supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model. POA model will measure cost, time, capasity, productivity, utibility, and out come. While SCOR model will measure reliability, responsivenees, flecibility, cost and asset. Besides, in SCOR model divides supply chain into five processes of core,i.e. plant, source, make, deliver, and return.
